The Groundwork

We wanted to get to the heart of FTP-Support so that we could deliver a site that truly reflected their purpose and after a thorough dialogue we were able to begin imagining the website style which would maximise user experience.

The Blueprint

We were now able to sketch out our wireframes with gusto, honing the user journey to create conversions. FTP-Support also wanted a simple, clean (think health!), reassuring and professional website, and our designers went to town with these concepts and began experimenting with bold blues and greens against a clinical white backdrop.

The Build

Building the e-commerce platform was the priority task for our developers and when they were happy with its functionality they began building the rest of the site from this sturdy core, laying out the user-journey in as few steps as possible.

The Result

We are very pleased with the response FTP-Support has given us, in that we have encapsulated their vision and that they can now deliver their service with confidence.
